Hamilton Arts specialise in areas of romance, music, automotive, fitness, environment… with many pieces having a strong underlying ethical message. He has a big love of street art and has chosen to take elements of that (ideas, style, technique..) into the studio.
He favours large non standard (ie not canvas or standard art board) surfaces, in order to bring a bit of that rough and ready ‘street’ feel into the studio and ultimately your space. He likes exploring texture, form, and (from his previous life as photographer) of course ‘light’. Think, multi-layered, multi-dimensional ’sections of wall’…. and you are in the right ball park.

His favoured medium is acrylics, using brushes, spray can and pens, often on hand-prepared natural fibreboards. His original ‘Mancave Arts’ automotive output was on reclaimed weathered timber, hand painted but with a drawn pen and wash feel – some of that style is carrying over.

His studio work is available as both originals, and high quality limited edition giclee prints on textured papers or canvas. The length of the editions varies a little and are priced accordingly. All are available at the online shop here… more being added regularly. He is also now scaling things up and is available for both domestic and commercial commissions as a muralist….
If your preference is for large scale artwork that you can take with you, or maybe you don’t have a suitable wall, he also works on framed or unframed boards up to 8’x 4’.
